  • How can I sign up for direct deposit?
    Arkoma does not currently offer direct deposit. Should you have any questions, please email us at ownerrelations@arkomaops.com.
  • Where is my check?
    Arkoma’s minimum check amount is $100. Once the total amount of royalties in your account accrues to $100, a check will be issued to you on the following month’s payment cycle.
  • What is FBWI on my check?
    The IRS requires operators to withhold the current federal backup withholding rate when a current W-9 is not on file. Please complete the W-9 provided here click here and email to ownerrelations@arkomaops.com.
  • Why have I not received a JIB statement?
    Arkoma uses the secured website EnergyLink to host monthly JIB statements. Please follow the instructions below to set up an account on EnergyLink: 1. User ID Visit www.energylink.com and click on ‘Need a User ID’. You will need the following information ready when you register: -Name of operator: Arkoma Operations, LLC -7-digit Arkoma Owner Number -Last JIB Statement Number (no older than 6 months) -Amount on last JIB statement -Valid email address OR, Call EnergyLink tech support at 1-888-573-3364with your name and Arkoma owner number to receive a user ID and password. 2. Get Notification Once you have set up your account with EnergyLink, you will be notified by email when a new JIB statement is ready to be viewed. 3. Have Questions? For questions about your JIB statement, please email ap@arkomaops.com.
